Don't Choose This Road (feat. Frequency Creature by Leasi)

 Summary:

This is my first song that I've released on all major platforms with the rapper Leasi. I had always wanted to try and make a punk style song and so did Leasi. I made a 1 minute demo of a song idea... leasi disliked it. I did a couple more versions but we eventually scrapped it. I remembered reading about how in a lot of punk music you see shapes being shifted up and down the guitar fretboard. Since I don't play guitar I created the chords to the intro of "Don't Choose This Road" in FL studio which is where the song really comes from. After a lot of tweaking and letting Leasi master the track we came up with this:

Trying To Stay Awake

  Spotify: Apple Music:   Background: After been doing a long series of collaborations which I am still doing I decided that it was time to release some solo material - mainly because its a lot faster to make and I enjoy being able to create a release exactly how I picture it. I think it's a very fun dreamy track but it still has some kind of element of a chorus although there are no vocal parts at all in this. I made this track 2018 but its gone under a lot of revisions to get to the point where it is now and the only thing that remains from the original version is the opening riff. I originally made it about somebody in my life who turned out to be very toxic and how I was very frustrated with them.   Fun Fact: This is my first solo release and my first to feature one of my favourite synths the Surrealistic MG-1+. It is also my longest song so far.

Stuck in a Loop (Alright + Calling 911 + Mess)

  Hello friends! It's Frequency Creature here and I'm here to give you a little bit about my second album with Mebo.   After the big success of Deepest Lie and the first album we were definitely hungry for another taste of success so we immediately got started on a second album (I think we've even mentioned a fifth album casually but we are definitely thinking about a third album). I've been spending my days travelling round the UK for university so I've been having a chance to feel very inspired and also had a decent amount of time to reflect on the mistakes of the last album. It's probably quite obvious that the album this time is much louder and much more saturated because the songs were definitely not standing out in all the playlists.
